The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing the communication and coordination between front and back-end development units, as well as act as a liaison between clients and our development teams. ✅Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring timely and successful delivery of technical projects. • Collaborate with front and back-end development units to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. • Serve as the primary point of contact for communication between development teams and clients. • Facilitate effective communication channels to ensure clear understanding of project requirements and client expectations. • Maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and progress reports. • Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders. • Utilize a strong background in software development to understand and communicate effectively with both front and back-end development teams. • Stay current with industry trends and technologies to provide valuable insights into project planning and execution. Client Relationship Management: • Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with clients by understanding their needs and expectations. • Address client concerns and proactively manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle. • Implement quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions. • Collaborate with QA teams to conduct thorough testing and validation of project deliverables. ✅Qualifications and Skills: • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in software development project management. • Strong organizational and project management skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Detail-oriented with a focus on documentation. • Technical background and familiarity with software development processes. • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
