We are seeking a senior Python developer to assist with the development of a cloud based suite of calculators used for generating various accounting metrics such as: income, yield, and book value.

- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft technology stack: C#/.NET Core, MS SQL Server, REST, Visual Studio!
- Experience in both architecture and implementation-level software design.
- You know the ins and outs of an Agile/SCRUM environment!
- Hands-on experience with clean code approaches, design patterns, and SOLID Principles.
- Familiarity with working with real-time or near real-time systems. Events driven.
- You know how to address and solve performance issues.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues.


LEADERSHIP REQUIREMENTS:

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.

✅ якісно та регулярно моніторити різні канали для підбору кандидатів (LinkedIn Recruiter, Telegram, Instagram, Facebook, сайти, нетворкінг)
✅ розробляти яскраві повідомлення для потенційних працівників, які точно не залишаться без уваги
✅ проводити базові співбесіди та телефонні скринінг
✅ надавати якісний зворотний зв’язок як для кандидатів, так і для Hiring Managers
✅ впроваджувати нестандартні та ефективні способи залучення кандидатів
✅ уважно вести звітність

Що для цього знадобиться:
►навички об’єктивної оцінки профілів кандидатів відповідно до вимог посади
►обов’язковий досвід підбору персоналу в КЦ - бажано напрямку трафіку від 2 років
►англійська: B2
► багатозадачність та наявність організаторських здібностей
► здатність швидко навчатися та прагнення до набуття нового досвіду
