Responsibilities: 🔹Coordination of payments in the company's client’s payment platform: - making sure all supporting documents are correct and up to date; - checking if payments are within the budgeted limits and are duly executed; - bank cash balances reconciliation. 🔹Participation in clients’ budgeting and reporting: preparation of consolidated data on performed bank transactions necessary for periodic clients reporting and annual budgets; participation in quarter plan/fact analysis 🔹Liaising with banks, auditors, corporate administrators: - Oral and written communication with Russian-speaking clients on all issues related to the operational matters of the foreign structures in various jurisdictions. - Supervising of the compliance and KYC requests. - Support of the clients during new bank accounts opening process. - Support of the audit procedure of the foreign companies. - Communication with banks and company’s administrators on various questions arising during payment process. 🔹Managing internal matters (invoicing, database).
