⁃ Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support on HR-related issues.
⁃ Facilitate conflict resolution and manage employee grievances in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
⁃ Support performance appraisal processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development planning.
⁃ Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
