Mezovo, B2B risk&anti-fraud service provider for FX and Crypto and also part of Hytech Group of companies, is looking for HR Generalist to support their HR Lead with new employee onboarding and local Cyprus legalisation process, C&B, general HR administration and record keeping, employee recruitment and employee relations.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in employee relocation support, preferably in fintech startups.  

👉Requirements:
⁃ 2+ years of experience in similar HR roles in a tech/FX/Crypto company
⁃ Russian language knowledge is a plus
⁃ Fluency in English (minimum B2)
⁃ Strong knowledge of Cyprus employment laws and regulations.
⁃ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
⁃ Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
⁃ Experience with Bamboo or other HR CRM systems is a plus

👉Responsibilities:
⁃ Process employee onboarding and offboarding, including paperwork, orientation, and exit interviews.
⁃ Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting interviews, reference checks and job offers
⁃ Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
⁃ Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support on HR-related issues.
⁃ Facilitate conflict resolution and manage employee grievances in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
⁃ Support performance appraisal processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development planning.
⁃ Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
⁃ Assist in the development and delivery of training materials and workshops.
⁃ Track and evaluate training effectiveness to ensure continuous improvement.
⁃ Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
⁃ Maintain accurate HR records and documentation, including employee files, contracts, and policies.
⁃ Stay up-to-date on changes in employment legislation and proactively address any compliance issues.
⁃ Maintain HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and generate reports as needed.
⁃ Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
