Responsibilities:
Organizational and administrative support: managing daily activities, support with delivery of different items;
Organisation of business and personal travel: tickets, hotels, passports, visas, all necessary documents;
Assisting with business and personal projects:
- paying invoices,
- contractor monitoring (search, document management and full further coordination),
- oversee document flow and ensure seamless communication with different vendors;
Effectively plan, coordinate, and maintain work schedules and calendars, including organizing external and internal meetings and scheduling zoom conferences;
Execution of all personal assignments.
