Обязанности: Управление командой ИТ-специалистов, включая найм, развитие, коучинг и управление эффективностью. Разработка и реализация стратегии развития ИТ-инфраструктуры компании. Обеспечение непрерывной работы серверов, сетевой инфраструктуры, облачных решений и других систем. Организация и управление процессами DevOps для автоматизации развертывания, масштабирования и управления инфраструктурой. Разработка и поддержание политик информационной безопасности и управления рисками. Обеспечение высокого уровня доступности сервисов и приложений. Требования: Опыт работы на руководящей должности в области ИТ-инфраструктуры от 4 х лет Глубокие знания системного администрирования систем Linux и Windows Опыт работы с облачными платформами (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Опыт работы с инструментами DevOps (Kubernetes, Docker, Ansible, Terraform). Опыт организации и управления сетевой инфраструктурой (маршрутизация, коммутация, VPN). Понимание принципов информационной безопасности и управления рисками. Опыт работы с мониторингом и оптимизацией производительности систем.
