Ищем уверенного лидера команды с глубокими техническими знаниями.
Компании WINSSEN для управления разработкой IT продукта в команду проекта Yutu Play (yutu.pro) требуется опытный руководитель команды разработки. Проект состоит из WEB версии и мобильного приложения с 3-летней историей. Команда всего проекта - около 20 человек (бэк, фронт, IOS, Android, DevOps, тестировщики, методисты, художники).

Требования:
- Высшее техническое образование;
- Знание английского языка на уровне intermediate;
- Хорошее понимание архитектур в области веба и мобильной разработки;
- Хороший технический кругозор, умение находить верные решения и правильно выбрать инструменты;
- Опыт разработки архитектуры приложений с нуля;
- Опыт в организации процессов CI/CD;
- Опыт руководства командой разработки аналогичного уровня (Умение работать с людьми, формировать команду, выстраивать процесс разработки);
- Ориентация на результат.

Обязанности:
- Техническое ведение проекта yutu.pro. Большой проект с миксом технологий: Php, Golang, React, React Native, Kotlin, Swift;
- Управление командой разработчиков (6-8 человек);
- Планирование, проработка и постановка задач и контроль их исполнения;
- Анализ проекта, участие в выработке стратегических и тактических целей и задач;
- Найм новых талантов при необходимости;
- Поддержка здоровой и продуктивной атмосферы в коллективе;
- Проработка технических решений и архитектуры;
- Взаимодействие с другими смежными командами.

Условия:
- Удаленная работа по графику офиса, либо работа в офисе в Ларнаке;
- Визовая поддержка, если необходимо, при условии работы в офисе;

- Постоянная аналитика состояния рекламных кампаний и поиск решений для оптимизации стоимости и качества трафика;
- Отслеживание активности конкурентов в платных каналах трафика;
- Ведение отчетности.

Нам важно, чтобы специалист:
- Имел образование в направлении маркетинга, digital-маркетинга;
- Умел работать с трафиком для iOS/Android приложений;
- Имел опыт с рекламными кабинетами Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, VK Ads, Meta Ads, Telegram Ads;
- Умел выстроить аналитику, в том числе с использованием сторонних ресурсов;
- Понимал, что такое ЦА, как сегментировать рынок, и как работать с каждым из сегментов;
- Имел высокие способности к аналитике и решению сложных задач;
- Умеете работать с Figma – иногда придется править креативы;
- Английский язык: Уровень Intermediate.

Привет! В проект в сфере фармацевтики ищем NET-разработчика (бэкенд) в офис на Кипре.

Что поможет тебе в работе:
• Не менее 5 лет опыта разработки с использованием .NET и C#
• Хороший уровень владения английским языком
• Практический опыт управления проектами SCRUM
• Разработка fullstack будет твоим преимуществом

Технический стэк:
ASP.NET, SQL Server, MVC, REST API .Net Core 3.x

Условия:
• ЗП: 4600€ gross c возможность увеличения дохода
• Официальное оформление, визовая поддержка, помощь в релокации на Кипр
• График 5/2, фултайм, возможность удаленного формата (но обязательно находиться на Кипре)
• Корпоративное изучение языков, оплата сотовой и интернет связи, предоставление современной техники, бесплатные обеды и др. плюшки🔥
