✨Key functions:
- Design, build, install, and configure security solutions for on prem and cloud environments

We are looking for an Office Manager who wants to be a part of a young, enthusiastic, and caring team. We are looking for a superhero who can make our lives easier by facilitating a functional office and fun events while helping us to develop and grow. You must enjoy providing exceptional service, have a positive mindset, and find it easy to get in touch with new people inside and outside the organization. You're an outgoing person with a strong "can do" attitude. You're handy, and you have the will and curiosity, and you love to let the creativity flow! There will be plenty of opportunities for you to shape the role and your day-to-day work
Core responsibilities:
- Coordinating and following up on multiple administrative requests (ordering office supplies, water, coffee, etc)
- Organize and oversee office maintenance, repair work, reconstruction, and renovation as required
- Working with the basic office documentation (invoices from suppliers etc)
- Organization of workflow
- Managing work of courier service and cleaning ladies and carrying manager’s requests
- Assistance with managing company business trips
Must have requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or any related position
- Good level of English, Greek, Russian other languages will be a plus
- Cypriot or EU passport
- Good communication skills
- Self-motivated and driven
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and critical thinking
