As an Office Manager you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of the office and providing a friendly working environment for the team.

Day-to-day tasks:

▶️ Cleaning Maintenance: liaising with the cleaning company, expecting the facilities and ensuring cleanliness of all the premises, including common areas.

Requirements:

✅ Proven Experience in Office Maintenance (though we are ready to consider candidates without experience as well).
✅ Attention to details and ability to work independently, initiative.
✅ Strong communication skills.
✅ Highly organized with an ability to work under pressure and being able to multitask.
✅ Ability to keep focus and finish day-to-day tasks and bigger projects.

🔥Чем предстоит заниматься:
— Построением бесперебойной и стабильной работы серверов баз данных MariaDB, PostgreSQL (в основном MariaDB);
— Настройкой репликации и разметки, резервным копированием/восстановлением, проверкой целостности реплик;
— Анализом производительности: работа с мониторингом и логами, настройкой уведомлений; поиском и устранением узких мест;
— Взаимодействием с разработчиками: помощью в оптимизации запросов, оптимизацией схем и индексов.


🦾Компания ожидает от кандидата:
— Опыт работы с нагруженными базами данных не менее 3 лет;
— Опыт работы с Ansible;
— Опыт настройки отказоустойчивых кластеров;
— Понимание принципов работы реляционных баз данных и умение оптимизировать работу для высокой производительности.
