В роли Специалиста IT-поддержки вы будете осуществлять поддержку бизнес-приложений компании, включая администрирование торговых платформ, а также отвечать за предоставление IT услуг другим подразделениям.
Позиция подразумевает работу в офисе в городе Лимассол, Кипр, и будет включать работу в сменном графике (шифты).
Основные обязанности:
• Оказание IT-сервиса в рамках работы в команде, охватывающей все элементы IT-поддержки L2 и L3
• Администрирование различных IT систем на основе Windows и Linux
• Администрирование торговых платформ компании.
• Управление разработанным внутри компании торговым программным обеспечением.
• Периодическое проведение проверок состояния и производительности всех торговых платформ и других IT систем.
• Мониторинг серверов, сервисов и состояния сети и инфраструктуры. Реагирование на инциденты.
Требования:
• Высшее образование в области IT или опыт работы, связанный с данной сферой
• Опыт работы не менее 2x лет в поддержке Windows-систем.
• Предыдущий опыт работы в роли поддержки приложений (System Administrator, Application Administrator)
• Опыт работы с системой мониторинга Zabbix и системами сбора логов (Graylog, Logstash)
• Способность находить проблему, анализируя логи приложений
• Аналитические навыки, time management, способность самостоятельно решать сложные задачи
• Способность в короткие сроки осваивать новые технологии (в работе используются различные специализированные программные решения, что постоянно требует расширения кругозора).
• Опыт работы в аналогичной должности будет преимуществом
Дополнительные навыки:
• Опыт работы с SQL запросами
• Опыт работы с системами виртуализации (Hyper-V, VMWare)
