В поисках корпоративного психолога в компанию в Лимассоле 🤗

Обязанности:
-Проведение психологической диагностики сотрудников для выявления их потребностей и проблем.
-Проведение индивидуальных консультаций с руководителями по личным и рабочим вопросам:
- работа со стрессовыми состояниями, в ситуациях жизненных и рабочих проблем;
- консультации по профессиональному/личностному развитию;
- работа с эмоциональным/профессиональным выгоранием сотрудников;
- адаптация сотрудников, в т.ч. при релокации;
- работа с ограничивающими убеждениями
- помощь в адаптации и повышении уровня мотивации сотрудников
- работа над программами по повышению эффективности работы сотрудников
- проработка внутрикорпоративных конфликтов
- проведение тренингов, лекций
-Сбор данных и составление отчетности: анализ психологических тенденции в компании, выявление проблемных зон, рекомендации по их устранению и улучшению.

Требования:
-Высшее образование в области психологии.
-Опыт работы корпоративным психологом в штате компании от 2-х лет.
-Опыт индивидуальных и командных сессий.
-Отличные коммуникативные навыки, эмпатия, умение самостоятельно организовать свой рабочий процесс, оперативное реагирование на изменение состояния сотрудников.
-Навыки составления и проведения тренингов / лекций.
