Key Responsibilities:
• Provide efficient online chat support via communication channels such as Slack, Skype, Telegram, and Jira, to ensure users' questions and concerns are resolved in a timely and effective manner.
• Maintain and update user resources such as FAQs, RAQs, and guides, to ensure they are relevant and up-to-date, helping users better understand our products and services.

📍Мы ищем специалиста, который займется разработкой и сопровождением автоматических тестов для наших API, документированием наших API и генерацией кода для наших API - станет нашим API папой.
📍Вам нужно знать тестовые фреймворки, разбираться в Gitlab, Gitlab CI, Docker, уметь создавать тестовые окружения и прочую мелкую автоматизацию.
Нам нужен ваш опыт, мы предоставим вам возможность его реализовать и развить, а также дадим в помощь мануальных тестировщиков.
Мы разрабатываем "in house", софт в области финансов. Поэтому у нас небольшая и очень дружная команда, большая часть которой работает удаленно. Мало бюрократии, сложившиеся процессы, Jira, Slack и отличный PM. Нам важно найти "своего" человека, которому будет комфортно работать с нами в течении продолжительного времени.
Офис компании находится в республике Кипр. При желании и совпадении интересов мы помогаем с релокацией и официальным трудоустройством в республике.
📍Ожидания от кандидата
• Коммерческий опыт работы от 3-х лет;
