CANDIDATE PROFILE
• At least 3 years working experience in a similar position
• The expert knowledge in Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy
• Experience with Exchange, SharePoint, Teams
• Understanding the principles of building local networks
• Knowledge of how to build interfaces between accounting systems (e.g., data exchange between accounting modules)
• Experience with file system distribution and file system fault tolerance
• Experience in working with backup mechanisms for servers (hardware and virtual) and individual file systems, as well as individual services and databases to them
• Experience writing scripts (Python)
• Microsoft Certification

What kind of qualifications we are looking for:
📝 Having hands-on experience in leading of SRE team;
📝 Experience in deploying, configuring and administering Linux based servers;
📝 Good knowledge of Linux and network basics - protocols, services etc;
📝 Experience with bare-metal infrastructure, good level of hardware-related experience;
📝 Working experience with remote Git repositories with various git flows;
📝 Be able to work with configuration management systems (Salt) and understand concepts of IaaC;
📝 Know monitoring system (Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana);
📝 Basic Python/Go skills and bash skills;
📝 - for trading: experience with various VPN protocols (ovpn, WG, ipsec and any other)
📝 – for trading: experience in hardware tuning and overclocking is a plus
📝 – for infra: experience with KVM, with Docker
📝 – for infra: knowledge about basic k8s concepts.

Would be great if you had this:
📝 Know the major lines of server hardware from leading vendors;
📝 Working experience with remote Git repositories;
📝 Experience in providing technical support for cloud services.


What we are expecting from you:
📍Leading a team of 3 Sr SRE on-site specialists
📍Developing internal components/structures
📍Being responsible for the data center where servers are hosted (total number of about 500) and our services + some of the services located outside our Cyprus
📍With us you can try to work with various exotic networks (radio relay, shortwave), atomic clocks, assemble your own GPU cluster, tuning and overclocking servers, etc.

Senior Backend Developer

Hello! This is Anymaster 👋
Anymaster is a platform offering on-demand services for households & office spaces (service marketplace in other words). We have found a unique business model, we became official partners with large DIY and furniture stores Leroy Merlin, Superhome, Mr.Bricolage to provide services to their customers: last-mile delivery, assembly, and installation. Thus, we very quickly receive a constant flow of orders, new users in their app, and brand awareness on the market. We grew fast in Cyprus and are expanding to new markets this year!

For this goal we are hiring Senior Backend Developer to join our team.

Tasks:
• Development and support of the backend part of Anymaster
• Implementation of new functions, optimization and support of our project.
• Participation in the design of the project architecture.
• Collaborate arm-in-arm with our founder, designer, product owner to deliver a great product to our users!

What qualifications we are looking for in the future team-member:
• Experience as a backend developer for at least 3 years.
• Solid knowledge of Javascript/Typescript.
• Database experience: MongoDB, Redis.
• System release engineering experience.
• Experience with microservices architecture
• Be acquainted with the Moleculer.js framework
• Experience in solo product development or in a small team
• Respond to customer feedback to improve our frameworks and tools
• Be independent and open to new ideas
