Responsibilities
Collaborate with hiring managers and team leads to understand staffing needs and create comprehensive job descriptions
Leverage your network and established presence on LinkedIn to identify and engage with potential candidates in the IT and fintech sectors
Utilize various sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, referrals, and industry events, to identify top talent
Screen and interview candidates to assess their technical skills, industry knowledge, cultural fit, and career goals
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies within IT and fintech to inform recruitment strategies
Manage relationships with external recruiters/agencies, negotiate fees, screen candidates, etc
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of technical recruiting experience, with a strong background in sourcing, hiring, and interviewing IT professionals
A proven track record of successfully identifying, attracting, and hiring technical talent within the IT and fintech domains
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers
Proficiency in using any Applicant Tracking Systems and other recruitment tools (Linkedin Recruiter, Linkedin Recruiter Lite, etc)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
A well-establishedLinkedIn profile with an active network and presence
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is a nice to have
