✅Чем предстоит заниматься:
​
-​Выработка стиля, арт-вижена продукта, работа над концептами с командой концепт-артистов;
-Арт-менторинг внутри команд работающих над персонажами, локациями, анимациями, эффектами, интерфейсами;
-Определение и поиск необходимых ресурсов, формирование команды;
-Участие в организационной жизни команды (декомпозиция задач, эстимация и проверка эстимейтов, верификация планов производства работ);
-Управление ресурсами: участие в создании гайдлайнов, контроль их соблюдения, взаимодействия с арт-лидами, транслирование вижена;
-Взаимодействие со смежными командами (Product Managers, Project Managers, Game Designers, Developers, Technical Artists);
Определение технических требований для художественных ассетов.

✅Наши пожелания к вам:
​
-​Опыт работы в позиции арт-директора 7+ лет;
-Глубокое знание технической части 2D и 3D процессов,
-Умение ответить на вопросы исполнителей, посоветовать более оптимальный пайплайн или tool в программе;
- Умение работать с нейросетями (Stable Diffusion минимум) или желание с ними разобраться;
-Опыт работы работы над проектами в подобном стиле (LoL);
- Умение составлять проектную тех.документацию;
- Умение транслировать идеи и концепции в визуальные результаты (персонажи, локации, анимации, эффекты);
- Наличие релевантного портфолио;

✅ Будет плюсом:
-Профессиональное владение 3D пакетами: zbrush, 3d modeling software, substance painter;
- Опыт настройки ассетов в Unity;
- Нand-drawing skills, стайлайзед текстуры;
- ​Знание принципов анимации, инструментов анимации на базовом уровне;
- Опыт настройки материалов при помощи substance designer.
