Our client develops an international online trading platform. Every day, 218K unique users from over 100 countries visit their platform. The project they are developing uses many different tools and features. The development tasks are shared between cross-functional teams. Main Responsibilities: - Manage business-critical real-time trading systems in order to identify issues and problem areas. - Ensure the smooth running of the firm’s trading and execution systems using in-house proprietary software applications and tools. - Carrying out trade surveillance and monitoring for transactions. - Constant interaction with development, quant research, and operations technology teams. - Develop tools/scripts to facilitate daily operations. - Responsible for monitoring the risk functions from the P&L. - Partner with IT on systems enhancements in terms of automatic monitoring solutions. - Implement new systems and configuration updates for the purpose of trading operations, risk management, and new markets/product launches. - Testing of software releases, upgrades, and applications as part of the trading system. - Control the trade processing to the clearing firm accurately and efficiently and liaise with them to resolve any trade discrepancies. - Assisting with reconciliations, fund and balance settlements on accounts at the end of the day. - Troubleshooting a variety of trading issues and liaising with appropriate teams where necessary to ensure their resolution. - Providing the Company’s management and employees with information related to the market and to the expertise of the dealing desk. Supervisor Responsibilities: - Setup and implementation of KPI policy and framework for the dealing desk department. - Completing probation and annual reviews. - Recruitment of new employees and ensuring optimal staffing levels. - Helping other areas of the business, as appropriate including all requests. - Escalating complex cases to management as and when required. - Oversight of the trading operation aspects of the business. Requirements for a candidate: - Degree in Economics, Mathematics, or any other relevant field. - At least 3 years of experience in a managerial dealing role within a Forex/Fintech industry is a must. - Fluency in Russian and English is a must. - Holder of CySEC Advanced Certificate is a must. - In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards. - Excellent leadership and team management skills. - Knowledge of MT4 and MT5 or any other platform. - Knowledge of financial markets (CFDs, futures, options, stocks) and particularly forex. - Knowledge of the most widespread customer trading techniques. - Ability to work efficiently under pressure. - Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Ability to lead a team of professionals including remote teams Benefits: - Flexible schedules.
