▶️ Processing payroll monthly including wage and overtime payments, calculations and recording of payroll deductions, and requests for paycheck advances.
▶️ Verifying timekeeping records.
▶️ Preparing and transferring payroll checks.
▶️ Generating and verifying payroll reports out of payroll system.
▶️ Preparing periodic reports of earnings, taxes, and deductions.
▶️ Maintaining payroll documentation and files.

Required Qualifications:
📌 Bachelor`s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics.
📌 Minimum 1-year work-related experience is required.
📌 Attention to detail and an understanding of risk.
📌 Fluency in English. Knowledge of Greek or Russian would be an advantage.
📌 Eligibility to work in Cyprus.
📌 Knowledge and practical experience of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
📌 Strong understanding of confidentiality principles.

Responsibilities:
— Assist with monitoring and supporting working capital / liquidity on:
• Payout terminals
• Crypto exchanges
• Bank accounts
• Hot wallets (some weekend monitoring required);
— Assist with crypto/fiat payment to merchants;
— Assist with crypto/fiat payment of expenses (invoices, salaries, etc);
— Monitor correctness of transactions and fees paid;
— Daily/weekly coding and reconciliation of bank statements / crypto exchanges;
— Interact with banks to provide the required AML documents;
— Assist with analyzing and compiling daily cashflow;
— Assist with creation of relevant daily, weekly, monthly reports;
— Work with Support team to refund users
Assist with the optimization of adhoc reports;
— Assist with adhoc information requests (Support, Account Management, Project Management);
— Assist with other adhoc tasks as required by Treasury Manager and Head of Finance Operations;

Requirements:
— Minimum bachelor’s degree in Finance or AAT;
— Prior bank reconciliation and payment experience required;
— In-depth crypto knowledge advantageous but not necessary
Flexible working attitude (some weekend work required);
— Analytical mindset with high attention to detail;
— Excellent Excel skills (vlookup, indexmatch, pivot);
— Positive attitude and loves working in a team;
— Required to have the right level of gravitas and tenacity to resolve discrepancies in a timely manner;
— Able to liaise with people of all levels throughout;
