Обязанности:
- организация мероприятий для компании (корпоративные мероприятия, тренинги, выставки т.д.);
- поиск подрядчиков, контроль работы на всех этапах проекта;
- формирование и контроль бюджета внешних и внутренних мероприятий, отчетность;
- участие в разработке концепций и программ.
Требования:
- опыт реализации online и offline мероприятий (корпоративные мероприятия, тренинги, выставки) от 3 лет;
- знание event-индустрии Кипр/Европа (площадок для проведения мероприятий, подрядчиков и т.д.);
- знание английского языка на уровне Upper - Intermediate и выше;
- ответственность, многозадачность, внимательность к деталям.

Position – CFO
Reporting – to the board of directors
# of entities : 1 trustee company in CY + 1 hold co in CY + 2 branches of those companies in UAE
Volume of activities low:
• Payments to advisors
• Salaries (5 directors + 2-5 employees)
• Rent
• Board meeting expenses
• Travel
Scope of responsibilities:
• Accounting (CY + UAE with local support)
• Taxes (corporate / payroll)
• Audits (inc specific sanctions audit)
• Budgeting process
• Presentations to BoDs
• Payments and treasury in general (accounts opening / maintenance)
• Compliance
+ Additional responsibilities: It is not expected for the above to take more than 50 % of the candidate time. Remaining time the candidate will work with broader CY financial team on a project basis. Such projects may include: implementation of new accounting system (1C), implementation of procedures and policies (compliance etc.)
Place – office of the company in CY
Package: salary / insurance / 25 days vacation.
