Мы ищем не просто сотрудника, мы ищем профессионала в своем деле, который сможет собрать команду с нуля, провести аудит процессов продукта и зоны ответственности, а так же определить и реализовать дальнейшую стратегию.
Обязанности:
-Выстраивание работы с помощью новой платформы партнерской пронраммы;
-Формирование команды аффилиат-маркетинга и медиабайинга;
-Составление прогнозов и бюджетов на закупку трафика;
-Согласование прогнозов и бюджетов;
-Составление отчетности по результатам;
-Исследование рынка для определения оптимальных ставок в каждом Регионе оперирования;
-Обеспечение работы существующих каналов привлечения игроков;
-Работа на рынках: ЛатАм, Европа;
-Оптимизация и постоянная работа с действующими источниками.
Требования:
-Быть готовым к частым командировкам (Европа, Азия и Латинская Америка);
-Релевантный опыт, не только СНГ рынок;
-Иметь понимание об оптимальной ставке закупки трафика на конкретном рынке или уметь провести исследование рынка для понимания оптимальной ставки;
-Доскональное понимание основных метрик;
-Знать английский язык на уровне от С1;
-Уметь простым языком рассказать, чем вы занимаетесь и как достигаете результатов.

-Формат работы: Офис на Кипре, либо удаленка;
-100% оплата отпуска и больничного;
