Who we are:

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
Review test plans, test procedures, and quality manuals to understand the scope, requirements, and function of the problem.
Ensure that products meet the organization’s and customer’s quality and product integrity requirements.
Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities.
Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs.
Identify root causes of problems in the production process; recommend and/or implement corrective measures.

Skills and Requirements:

Strong background in QA and testing practices – test case design based on functional and non-functional requirements, test automation, continuous integration/continuous deployment, and defect analysis.

Experience hiring Affiliate managers;
Basic knowledge of Arbitrage industry;
Fluent English and Russian;
Work permit at Cyprus will be a plus.

Responsibilities:
Full recruitment cycle;
Onboarding/offboarding process;
Office administration;
Creation of HR policies;
Management of cleaning personnel and ordering office supplies;
Full employee support during relocation and conferences attendance;
Salaries calculation, support of official employment, visa support;
Keeping track of vacations, sick leaves, refunds;
Team building and corporate parties organization.
