A performance marketing company for escalating partnerships and performance based in Limassol is looking for passionate individuals to join the Support team.

The ideal candidate will in maintaining a high level of product support in several projects, with the primary one being a CRM for a CPA network.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide efficient online chat support via communication channels such as Zendesk, Slack, Skype, Telegram, and Jira, to ensure users' questions and concerns are resolved in a timely and effective manner.

2. Maintain and update user resources such as FAQs, RAQs, and guides, to ensure they are relevant and up-to-date, helping users better understand our products and services.

3. Manage user requests and complaints by assessing and determining the best course of action, coordinating with other teams as necessary, and providing timely and accurate updates to users.

4. Identify technical issues by asking users specific questions to isolate and diagnose the problem, then report it to our technical team in a clear and concise manner to ensure prompt resolution.

5. Create detailed bug reports to provide our technical team with accurate information on technical issues, helping them resolve the issue efficiently.

6. Serve as a buffer between our technical team and users by communicating updates, progress, and other information in a clear and professional manner, while also advocating for users' needs and concerns.

Our ideal candidate will possess:

1. Advanced proficiency in the English language (C1 level).
2. At least 6 months of relevant experience in customer service or support.
3. A background in IT would be advantageous.

🔎 Position Overview:
We’re looking for a talented and experienced Marketing & Monetization Art Director to join an extraordinary team working on a new and unique mobile game.
As an M & M Art Director, you will help us translate the game's vision to our players through outstanding marketing content such as cinematic videos, gameplay videos, designs for social media platforms that will engage our players.
In this position, you will work closely with the Head of Creative to align the creative direction with the product strategy. Additionally, you will lead and manage the marketing art team.


What you have to do:
▪️ Create and produce marketing assets such as cinematics, illustrations, gameplay videos, logos, etc
▪️Create content for game webpages, social media, and other multimedia platforms
▪️Work closely with internal with the Product, Marketing and Monetization departments to ensure that the visual identity aligns with the brand and global marketing strategy
▪️Stay updated with digital trends and experiment with new media

Requirements:
▪️2+ years on a marketing art team
▪️1+ years of experience as an art director or an art team lead
▪️Experience in creating high-quality, creative animations driven by gameplay and/or storytelling (submit as a link to a portfolio website or a video streaming service)
▪️Clear understanding of 2D and 3D production pipelines
▪️Experience in giving detailed feedback and communicating direction between both internal teams and external partners while respecting schedules
▪️Advanced knowledge and experience in Photoshop and preferably Maya
❗️Fluent in both Russian & English is A MUST
