-Office Equipment Inventory: Maintain a comprehensive inventory of office equipment, including computers, printers, and other supplies. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely replenishment.
-Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to team members and executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence. Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
-Travel and Logistics: Coordinate travel arrangements for team members, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation. Arrange logistics for meetings, conferences, and events, including venue selection, catering, and equipment setup.
-Document flow: Assistance with document flow, printing and scanning documents. Process invoices, purchase orders, and reimbursements. Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial record-keeping.
-Communication: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Respond to inquiries, relay messages, and facilitate effective communication within the office.
-Team Coordination: Foster a positive and collaborative work environment. Coordinate team activities, events, and celebrations. Support onboarding of new employees and ensure a smooth integration into the company culture.
Our ideal candidate will possess:
-Previous experience in office management or a related administrative role preferred.
-English - C1 (advanced).
-Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
