Testing the client and server parts of our own products for monetization.

- Understanding of the software development and testing process;

🎲 Требования:
- Опыт создания видео контента (рекламные креативы на основе игровых ассетов, левел-дизайн, анимация, камера, рендер), понимание динамической композиции.

- Профессиональное владение 3D Инструментами для моделинга, текстуринга, скульптинга и т.д. (Blender, Cinema 4D, и пр.);
- Знание Unity. Сборка кастомных сцен и запись видео из движка;
- Навыки моделинга, текстуринга, лайтнинга, композинга и рендеринга;
- Знание принципов персонажной анимации. Умение править уже существующую анимацию и создать новую;
- Умение создавать раскадровки и "читать" их (работать по ним);
- Умение создавать сюжетную линию, использовать приемы драматургии;
- Художественный вкус, творческое мышление. Общая "насмотренность" видео контента;
- Высокая самоорганизация и умение оценивать время производства предстоящих задач;
- Опыт создания динамической графики, инфографики, vfx для рекламных промороликов, анонсов, туториалов;
- Знать видео монтаж. Сборка отснятых шотов в итоговое видео;
- Художественный вкус, творческое мышление. Общая "насмотренность" видео контента.

🎲 Будет плюсом:
- Умение создавать 2D и 3D моушен-графику в видео-контенте.
- Умение работать в Unity. Левел-дизайн, настройка света и цвета и пр., рендер. Экспорт мешей с правильными значениями скейла, поворота и пивота, текстур в Юнити и оптимизация.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide efficient online chat support via communication channels such as Slack, Skype, Telegram, and Jira, to ensure users' questions and concerns are resolved in a timely and effective manner.
• Maintain and update user resources such as FAQs, RAQs, and guides, to ensure they are relevant and up-to-date, helping users better understand our products and services.
• Manage user requests and complaints by assessing and determining the best course of action, coordinating with other teams as necessary, and providing timely and accurate updates to users.
• Identify technical issues by asking users specific questions to isolate and diagnose the problem, then report it to our technical team in a clear and concise manner to ensure prompt resolution.
• Create detailed bug reports to provide our technical team with accurate information on technical issues, helping them resolve the issue efficiently.
• Serve as a buffer between our technical team and users by communicating updates, progress, and other information in a clear and professional manner, while also advocating for users' needs and concerns.

Our ideal candidate will possess:
• Advanced proficiency in English (C1 level).
• A minimum of 0,5 y of relevant experience in customer service or support.
• A background in IT would be a great advantage.
• A customer-focused mindset.
• The ability to work effectively in a team.
• A sense of accountability when working remotely.
• The capability to solve problems independently.
• Strong learning abilities.

We are seeking a skilled and highly motivated Technical Writer to join our Product Team. You will be responsible for creating, editing, and maintaining technical documentation for our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and designers, to ensure that our documentation meets the needs of our customers and is accurate, concise, and easy to understand.

Key Responsibilities:
-Create, review, and update technical documentation, including user manuals, installation guides, release notes, and API documentation.
-Create tooltips and other instructional materials for the product.
-Prepare graphic schemes according to given parameters.
-Regularly update existing documentation in accordance with software releases.
Work closely with the Product team to understand product functionality and features.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure accuracy of technical content.
-Ensure documentation is written in a clear, concise, and easy-to-understand manner for target audiences.

Qualifications:
-1+ years of experience in technical writing, preferably in a product team or software development environment.
- English (advanced) - C1.
-Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
-Familiarity with tools, such as Atlassian, GitBook.
-Experience working with cross-functional teams and understanding of Agile methodologies.
-Familiarity with software development processes and technologies is a plus.
