Чем вам предстоит заниматься:
• Управление дорожной картой продукта и создание общего видения для определения приоритетов и повышения ценности продукта
• Анализ и контроль сбора всех ключевых показателей, проведение и интерпретация тестов
• Выдвижение и проверка гипотез, разработка новых функциональных возможностей
• Управление решениями и перспективами в командной среде
• Определение целей для качественных исследований, проведение глубинных интервью и формирование из них выводов в виде отвалидированных гипотез и профиля потребителя. У вас должен быть опыт самостоятельного проведения интервью
• Построение и мониторинг метрик продукта, выявление причин их изменений и формирование планов для достижения целей продукта и компании. У вас должен быть опыт работы с данными (например, Яндекс.Метрика, Google Analytics,Power BI и т.д.)
• Формирование гипотез роста продукта, приоритизация и проведение экспериментов по валидации на основе данных. У вас должно быть 1-2 кейса тестирования подобных гипотез

Наши ожидания:
• Вы действительно обладаете продуктовым мышлением и понимаете, что это не только про интерфейсы в фигме
• У вас есть понимание ключевых метрик продукта
• У вас был опыт проектирования 2-3 фич на уровне user flow. Вы понимаете, что такое дизайн-система и бизнес-логика работы продукта
• У вас есть практический опыт управления командой разработки в роли Product Owner’a или Project Manager’a и вы понимаете основы и методологии проджект-менеджмента. Вы умеете планировать свою работу для подготовки беклога и требований к продукту, а также приоритезировать задачи, идущие в команду продукта. Вы не отлыниваете от написания требований по приёмке и готовы вести минимальную документацию по продукту. Существенным плюсом будет знание SQL
• Умение работать в команде разносторонних специалистов (маркетинг, продажи, разработка, дизайн, поддержка и т.д.), организовывать свою работу с работой других, соблюдать договоренности и дедлайны

Position: Travel support specialist + office manager

Responsibilities:
 
• Travel support (managing of interactions with agencies, buying tickets, booking hotels, transfer, etc.)
• Applying members of the team for Visas
• Cost management for all types of travel
• Travel cost analytics and forecasts
• Conducting office work, maintaining office expenses, document circulation of payments;
• Assisting to financial department, collecting invoices, planning expenses according to a monthly budget and keeping records
• Ordering all necessary equipment, stationery and food
• Organizing meetings and keeping track of the appointments
• Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority
• managing relationships with vendors, service providers and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time.
• Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
 
Requirements:
 
• High school diploma
• Equal or similar experience
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
