Что нужно будет делать:
● писать код с использованием Ansible и Terraform
● участвовать в разработке (консультирование по архитектуре и процессам, выбор стека, оборудования)

Desired Qualifications:
🔹 A minimum of 10 years of relevant FM experience.
🔹 At least 5 years of experience as a chief engineer, technical director, or extensive FM experience in the hospitality or Class A office sectors.
🔹 Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop FM strategies and guide engineering teams.
🔹 Proficiency in assessing subcontractor competence, budget preparation, and life-cycle cost analysis.
🔹 In-depth knowledge of MEP systems, including HVAC, water supply, electrical systems, and more.
