MIXR Labs – международная IT-компания, которая занимается разработкой двух проектов: собственной геолокационной платформы METAFORA и метаверс-игры MetaTrace.

Мы ищем офис-менеджера для работы в нашем офисе в Лимассоле на Кипре.


Что нужно будет делать:

- Обеспечивать работу всего офиса, активно помогать с обустройством комфортного пространства: поиск, взаимодействие и контроль работы подрядчиков (тех. и ремонтные работы, мебель и т. д.);
- Организация и сопровождение релокации сотрудников;
- Помощь в организации мероприятий;
- Следить за чистотой и порядком (обращение к клининговым, ремонтным и коммунальным службам по необходимости);
- Организовывать закупки канцелярских и хоз. товаров, продуктов питания, напитков, снеков (отслеживание наполненности офиса всем необходимым в течении дня);
- Систематизировать и вести офисные расходы, документооборот оплат;
- Работать с входящей и исходящей корреспонденцией;
- Выполнять отдельные поручения руководства.

- Гражданин ЕС/Кипра либо разрешение на работу на Кипре;
- Любишь порядок во всем, что тебя окружает;
- Умеешь и любишь общаться с людьми;
- Жизнерадостен, активен, сообразителен, креативен и самоорганизован;
- Умеешь находить решение нестандартных задач и работать в режиме многозадачности;

- Свободно говоришь на английском и русском языках;

Сейчас мы находимся в стадии активного роста, когда бывший стартап превращается во «взрослую» компанию. Сейчас мы хотим усилить нашу команду опытным ассистентом CEO MIXR Labs.

Чем предстоит заниматься:

- работать с графиком руководителя: организовывать внутренние и внешние встречи, фиксировать все договоренности и координировать их исполнение;
- отвечать за travel поддержку;
- плотно взаимодействовать со всеми подразделениями компании, чтобы решить задачу, поставленную руководителем;
- составлять и редактировать деловые письма;
- готовить презентации и другие материалы по запросу руководителя, в том числе и на английском языке;
- искать необходимую информацию, проводить исследования, организовывать хранение информации;
- мониторинг, организация и регулярная рассылка дайджеста индустриальных новостей;
- организовывать поздравления партнеров руководителя;
помогать руководителю в любых рабочих Ad-hoc задачах;
- выполнять личные поручения.

Ты наш человек, если у тебя есть:

- опыт в роли ассистента руководителя от 3-х лет;
- отличные навыки работы с MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) и Google Suite;
- владение английским на уровне Advanced;
- грамотная письменная и устная русская речь, знание базовых правил бизнес-этикета;
- высокая скорость мышления, умение работать в режиме многозадачности и ограниченных сроков
- умение решать нестандартные задачи, добиваться результата и нести за него ответственность;
- cистемность и умение структурировать информацию, процессы;
- высокий уровень проактивности и инициативности;
- cильные организаторские способности;
- yмение находить, обрабатывать и валидировать нужную информацию;
- готовность быть при необходимости на связи 24/7;
- высокий уровень эмпатии.
