- Формировал цели и стратегии, каскадировал цели на команду и мониторил их достижение (Strategy view, Roadmap, OKR, KPI, PGP).
- Формировал мониторинг бизнес и деливери метрик (Lead Time, SLA, Margin).
- Управлял бюджетом проекта.
