❗️Key responsibilities:
⁃ Leading of incoming potential member’s requests to occupy flexible office space and transferring them in the secured transactions;
⁃ Developing strong relationships with domestic and international clients that result in acquisition projects of flexible office space (including cold-call);
⁃ Ability to perform verbal presentations, viewings, prepare, submit and discuss deal documentation with only partial supervision;
⁃ Assist member’s in developing real estate strategies using flexible office space’ opportunities and digital amenities;
⁃ Support negotiations of member’s fee reviews, member’s agreements renewals and its re-structuring;

‼️Key requirements:
⁃ Proven business generation and sales skills;
⁃ Proven ability to execute B2B, B2C real estate transactions (including memberships agreements signing) efficiently and on time;
⁃ Project management skills including co-ordination of third party professionals and internal staff;
