About team:

Introduce active – hot-standby multi-datacenter deployment. Migrate to AWS.

Tasks and responsibilities:

- Разрабатывать и поддерживать крупные десктопные и мобильные модули приложения, используя Vue.js;
- Рефакторить, оптимизировать ранее написанный код;
- Проектировать и разрабатывать сложную бизнес-логику приложения, никакой вёрстки;
- Делать code-review.

🔵Что мы ищем в кандидате:

Хорошее знание Javascript (es6+);
Опыт работы с Git (stash, rebase, cherry-pick);
Понимание структур данных.
Будет преимуществом:

- Опыт работы с TypeScript;
- Опыт работы с Nuxt.js;
- Опыт написания Юнит-тестов с использованием Jest;

🎯Задачи:
- проведение аудита существующих инструментов, технологий и процессов отдела QA на предмет их эффективности и по результатам предлагать и внедрять стратегии улучшения;
- участие в процессах планирования и выполнения тестирования и выпуска релизов;
- участие в разработке и управление стратегией тестирования;
- управление процессами обеспечения качества, тестирования и документирования тестов, выстраивать и улучшать их;
- настройка и усовершенствование процессов тестирования, создание четких и понятных бизнес-процессов тестирования;
- постановка задач на тестирование и контроль результатов;
- формирование и управление группой тестирования (развитие команды, координация работ);
- взаимодействие с командами разработки.

❗️Требования:
- опыт управление командой QA инженеров от 3 лет, умение организовывать процесс тестирования на проекте (от планирования до оптимизации);
- опыт формирования и внедрения стратегии тестирования сложного продукта, включающей конфигурационное, локализационное тестирование и тестирование производительности;
- знание и умение работать с различными методик тестирования;
- понимание различных парадигм тестирования (в чем задачи и каким образом реализуются, best-practices) — Unit-тесты, API-тесты, End2End-тесты, UI-тесты;
- понимание принципов встраивания качества в процесс разработки;
- опыт применения инструментов CI/CD, планирование и настройка релизных пайплайнов;
- стремление к постоянному развитию, готовность обучать и развивать команду.
