Какие задачи вам предстоит решать:
▪️Подготовка стандартных и специальных отчетов по платежным решениям.
▪️Работа с внутренней документацией, осуществление платежей.
▪️Взаимодействие с банками (обработка запросов, предоставление документов и форм).
▪️Взаимодействие с отделами Legal, Finance, HR).
▪️Предоставление информации и документов бухгалтерии, обработка входящих запросов от аудиторов на предоставление документов.
▪️Поддержка и развитие финансовых процессов внутри бизнеса.
▪️Помощь в ведении зарплатного проекта.


Что для нас важно:
▪️Опыт работы на аналогичной позиции от 1 года.
▪️Продвинутый пользователь Excel (работа с формулами массивов данных) и уверенные навыки в Google Sheets.
▪️Английский на уровне Intermediate и выше.
▪️Высшее экономическое/финансовое/бухгалтерское образование.
▪️Опыт работы с банками, онлайн-платежами и в разнесении банковских выписок.
▪️Умение работать с инвойсами (первичные документы, выставление инвойсов, сбор входящих инвойсов).

Какие задачи вам предстоит решать:
▪️Обеспечивать техническую поддержку пользователей (работа в системе ServiceDesk) на первом уровне (L1).

▪️Закупать и вести учет оборудования для нужд офиса и удаленных сотрудников.

💥Russian Speaking Payment Operations Manager 💥LIMASSOL, CYPRUS

📍Duties and responsibilities:
•Manage new and existing business relationships with payment providers.
•Ongoing search for prospective payment providers, banks, EMIs and card acquirers worldwide according to the business needs;
•Supervision of onboarding new payment methods
•Ensure that company has redundancy providers in existing markets to maintain payments continuity in the event a primary provider goes down;
•Work in cooperation with the IT department to successfully integrate new payment providers.
•Preparation of various reports/analysis on payment providers issues;
•Resolve any payment related matters and assist Support Team regarding payment related questions from clients;
•Ongoing monitoring and analysis of balances and transactions;
•Keeping records of transactions and daily reconciliation;
•Ad hoc tasks as required by the management;

📍Requirements:
•High level understanding of governing laws, regulations and risk procedures in FX industry;
•Previous experience in a similar role within FX is mandatory;
•Good knowledge of English and Russian languages (both verbal and written);
•University degree or equivalent in Accounting/ Finance/ Economics/ •Business Administration will be considered as an advantage;
•Excellent written and verbal business communication and presentation skills;
•Strong analytical and data analysis skills;
•Must be attentive to detail and have a numeric mindset;
•Data-driven decision making;
