Principal Accountabilities: Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan; Maintain backlog for further prioritizing with Product owner; Follow and improve current development/delivery processes; Preparing and facilitating Scrum events with team (planning, grooming, daily, retrospective)

Key Qualifications:

- Understanding of the full cycle of software development

Требования:
✅Уверенное знание JavaScript и стандартов ECMAScript 6
✅3+ года коммерческого опыта работы с Node.js
✅5+ лет коммерческого опыта в веб-разработке (SQL или NO SQL), опыт внедрения REST, GraphQL и WebSockets
✅Понимание принципов TDD и опыт написания тестов
✅Понимание принципов микросервисной архитектуры
✅Опыт работы с системой контроля версий GIT
✅Опыт работы с RabbitMQ, Redis, базами данных MongoDB, MySQL, Redis
✅Уровень владения английским языком  Intermediate+

Вакансия: Специалист по продвижению мобильных приложений

Мы - маркетинговое агентство полного цикла, работаем с внешними клиентами и активно помогаем им с продвижением услуг на мировом рынке. Твоя основная задача - сделать наших клиентов счастливыми, эффективными и успешными.

Примерный пул задач:

- Ведение рекламных кампаний;
- Удержание топовых позиций приложения в AppStore и - Google Play;
- Разработка и реализация маркетинговых стратегий по возврату пользователей в приложение;
- Формирование и планирование маркетингового бюджета на продвижение мобильных приложений;
- Аналитика кампаний по продвижению мобильных приложений и их оптимизация (CPI, CPA, ARPU и тд);
- Проведение a/b тестирования в AppStore и Google play (ASO);
- Работа с системами аналитики мобильных приложений (Appsflyer, Appmetrica, Firebase, Google Analytics).

Наши ожидания:
- Опыт работы с мобильными приложениями, продвижение игр и сервисов;
- Знание показателей эффективности CTR, CPI, LTV, ROI, ARPU, DAU и т.д;
- Знание систем аналитики мобильных приложений (Appsflyer, Appmetrica, Firebase, Google Analytics);
- Самостоятельность в принятии решений;
Умение анализировать UX/UI приложения;
- Опыт медиапланирования;
- Опыт работы с ASO;
- Работа с рекламными площадками (UAC, FB, Директ и др.);
- Работа с мобильными rtb-сетями;
- Работа с CPI-сетями и in-app трафиком;
- Наличие кейсов с описанием результатов.
