Ищем HR manager (Лимассол)
Обязанности:
• Подбор персонала (линейного, офис)
• Адаптация новых сотрудников
• Формирование должностных инструкций
• Разработка программы обучения для линейного персонала
• Организация оформления новых сотрудников
• Участие во внедрении Odoo
• Ведение отчетности

Требования:
• Опыт в HR/Рекрутинге от 2х лет
• Навыки подбора и адаптации персонала
• Навыки организации обучающих мероприятий
• Навыки формирования функциональных обязанностей
• Навыки администрирования
• Знание английского от уровня Intermediate
