ASSISTANT MANAGER POSITION
We are a group of stakeholders involved in various projects - real estate development, property management, portfolio management and currently looking for an assistant to the portfolio manager to maximize his productivity and efficiency by providing him the support required in business and personal matters so he could concentrate on the crucial business tasks.
Key tasks (mainly but not limited to the below):
- Execute the contracting procedures (liaise between the customer and contractor, involve legal, collect contract requirements and make sure they are incorporated);
- Research Cyprus payroll regulations, taxes and fees with involvement of external consultants required for the budgeting procedure;
- Maintain company’s property pipeline (i.e. add new properties, collect data from online sources, get in contact with a not very much organized employee and ensure that the data he has collected is checked and added to the database);
- Manage account opening for a company in Cyprus (or for a physical person abroad);
- Collect the invoices, prepare approval lists and control their payment;
- Prepare a budget for the office relocation;
- Preparation of data and documents for accounting (collecting and archiving supporting documents, preparing notes for payments, etc)
Requirements:
- Be a quick learner
- Have a bunch of basic skills ready at pro level (Word, Excel, mind mapping etc.);
- Be a confident IT user;
- Understand legal and finance;
- Project management experience;
- Structured thinking;
- Driving license and experience.

Требования:
• Опыт работы на аналогичной позиции от 3-х лет.
• Понимание основ права.
• Понимание основ управленческого учета, финансового менеджмента.
• Опыт управления офисами.
• Опыт открытия / закрытия офисов в различных локациях.
• Стрессоустойчивость.
• Умение работать в условия мультизадачности и сжатых сроков.
• Английский язык не ниже upper-intermediate (письменный и разговорный).
