We are launching an IT educational project for adults in Cyprus and online.

*Marketing project manager* will oversee the launch of our new product from start. We are looking for a responsible person who is passionate about his/her deeds, proactive, able to make decisions and take responsibility for the work, ready to be flexible in a changing advertising market

The Role:
• Create and develop marketing strategy, generate leads and increase the flow of new customers by modifying and changing the approaches for ad campaigns;
• Market research, the formation of a product roadmap;
• Formulate and refine the brand strategy, positioning and value proposition for the project;
• Structure and plan all digital marketing campaigns including SEM, SEO and SMM;
• Plan the advertising budget by channel, control and optimization of advertising costs;
• Analyse marketing activities, budget by category and ROI for each marketing function, develop strategies to improve efficiency of online and offline sales (content marketing, contextual and search advertising, SMM, bloggers, PR);
• Create and develop SM channels for the project (Website, Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, YouTube, TikTok)
• Evaluate and conduct analytics on channels' performance.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years experience in digital marketing;
(experience in online and offline education will be an advantage)
• Availability of implemented cases;
• Fluent English and Russian speaker;
• Knowledge of modern methods and technologies of marketing and running advertising campaigns in all promotion channels (Internet, outdoor advertising, e-mail, social networks, exhibitions);
• Creativity, organizational skills;
• The ability to draw up and justify a media plan, calculate the budget of an advertising campaign;
• The ability to work with analytics systems will be an advantage;

Задачи:

- Разработка нового функционала сайта, внедрение новых фич;
- Задачи по оптимизации приложения, переписывания кода по новым стандартам, внедрение лучших методик работы с кодом и архитектуры проекта;
- Задачи по тестированию кода;
- Задачи по декомпозиции проекта, деление кода на отдельные приложения, сопровождения и поддержка;
- Ресерч новых технологий и применение их в рамках текущего проекта.

Наши ожидания:

- Отличное знание JavaScript: Vanila js, Event Loop, Server side render, Isomorphic Application;
- Владение HTML5, CSS, Post & Pre Processing CSS;
- Владение typescript;
- Понимание принципов и работы AJAX, WebSockets, политики безопасности CORS и других;
- Понимание принципов модульного подхода к разработке, Micro Frontends;
- Навыки и опыт unit тестирования функционала и бизнес логики;
- Навыки и опыт профилирования, отладки и оптимизации (client/server side);
- Навыки и опыт работы с системами сборки приложения webpack, rollup, в том числе esbuild, babel;
- Технический английский (таски и документация у нас на английском).

😎Role: Office Administrator
🌅Location: Paphos, Cyprus

❗️Key Responsibilities:
Manage the reception desk and perform administrative duties;
Create a positive and welcoming environment for members and guests;
Create a collaborative and healthy relationship with members through special events and personal introductions;
Tour the space to check if all members are satisfied;
Build relationships and negotiate with local vendors and suppliers to maintain/improve and implement high quality, relevant, and desirable amenities and facilities to residents;
Мanage inventory and stock;
Coordinate with neighboring departments including sales, marketing, accounting, HR, IT, and projects for membership contracts, invoices, etc;
Manage and monitor budget;
Provide the highest service, manage members’ complaints and inquiries at the soonest time possible;
Assist members with any special requirements throughout their stay in Multispace;
Explain Multispace policies and procedures to members, including but not limited to: membership agreement and billing procedures;
Conduct office private tours;
Answer all incoming telephone calls and emails;
Supervise move-ins and move-outs of the members, support on onboarding;
Keep the kitchen area up (brewing coffee, loading/unloading dishwasher, etc.);
Monitor deliveries and mail. Handle incoming and outgoing packages;
Provide clients with basic IT support: app download, WiFi troubleshooting, Zoom meetings, etc;
Keep the workspace looking good, clean and tidy;
Take control of Cleaning Service Company;
Handle and follow up on cleaning and maintenance requests;
Up-sell Multispace products and services to members and guests.


‼️Key Requirements:
A can-do attitude and eagerness to learn. Experience in the field of customer service, hospitality, or event management experience preferred;
Genuine care for people and relationship building skills;
Willingness to be flexible, think on your feet, think critically and creatively;
Demonstrated ability and willingness to manage, prioritize and perform a wide variety of tasks while ensuring attention to detail;
Proven success in achieving results in an environment with limited direct supervision;
Fluency in languages: English, Russian;
Knowledge of Greek is an advantage;
Сitizenship of one of the EU countries or a work permit in Cyprus;
Having a place to live in Cyprus is a great advantage.
