Responsibilities
- Develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals
- Compile the new sales team in Cyprus office
- Manage existing distributed sales team in Europe
- Develop the sales plan.
- Prepare forecasts and KPI reporting for upper management, for use in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning.
- Personally help to close large deals (over 100K)
- Work collaboratively across teams - including Engineering, HR and Marketing
- Establish the inbound lead requirements for Marketing Dept needed to meet your sales objectives
- Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development in the CRM
- Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with both key customers and new companies
Skills and Qualifications
- 5 years of related experience in sales or/and business development leadership roles in successful mid-size IT engineering services company ( this is a must requirement)
- Proven track record of sales
- Growth hacking ideas, creative approach
- Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability to coach others on them
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams, strong leadership and team building skills
- Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Fluent English + Fluent Russian or Ukrainian

- Знание Python. Желателен опыт работы с Pandas, SciPy;
- Опыт работы с системами аналитики (redash, periscore, looker, tableau и т.п.) на уровне создания дашбордов и работы с ними;
- Опыт работы с различными таск-трекерами и Confluence;
- Умение грамотно и просто описать сложные вещи;
- Инициативность и самостоятельность;
