The major challenges include Service Architecture (SOA) setup and its scaling, delivery and monitoring automation.
The service is close to the high-load specifics.
We’ve already got decent practices at CI/CD (based on GitLab) and K8S (AWS EKS) that we’re going to develop further. Key responsibilities: develop the automated solutions for the SaaS Platform;
set up and manage cloud services & K8S infrastructure.

Requirements:
experience with managing cloud services (AWS is preferable);
knowledge of GIT Flow;
GitLab CI/CD: experience with GitLab pipeline setup and GitLab Runner;
Kubernetes/Docker: experience in automated deployment of containerized applications (Helm charts).
Will be a plus: Experience with ELK; Terraform.
