We develop products related to fintech/erp/b2b.
Experience:
3 years + experience in Manual Testing
Technical background, good computer skills
Experience in understanding and writing basic SQL queries
Experience in functional testing of business applications
Experience in both backend and frontend testing
Role:
Achieving good understanding of the product and it’s functionality
Manual testing of several business-related products
Plan, design and execute test scenarios, both functional and regression
Validation of business requirements against results
Assist with the release process

We are looking for Payment Solutions Relationship Manager #cyprus #payments #fintech #manager
The role
We are seeking an experienced payments individual who is able to serve as the first point of contact for PSPs whilst maximising payment provider acceptance rates and partnerships.
What you will do
Proactively sourcing new Payment Service Providers, profiling potential providers, initiating contact, managing the tendering process and working with stakeholders in Legal, Finance and Procurement to manage the onboarding process end to end.
Lead the negotiations with the payment providers around the Commercial terms.
Working and coordinating with the Payment team and other internal stakeholder to implement new Payment Service Providers, including testing, ensuring high performance of the Payment Provider as per the contract.
Secure and maintain payment system and mechanism for our group by ensuring we have a business continuity and mitigation plans in place for our key markets.
Evolve our support processes and structure in order to drive better collaboration with player safety, finance, User experience and market team.
Act at the main point of contact for the Finance department (Financial Control and Business Finance team ) to ensure payment partners are mapped correctly as well as a smooth relationship is established.
Continually review our existing commercial relationships and the commercial structure of the Groups agreements that are already in place to ensure they are still delivering value for the company and a great customer experience.
Act as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders within our Group for some of our partner relationships.
Work closely with our Audit and Compliance teams to support ad hoc and regular audit reviews and ensuring our partners are up to date with their Compliance framework and external payment regulations to ensure we have a market leading and compliant portfolio.
Help to create and maintain an effective and positive working environment within the Global Payment Solutions team.
Leading with ongoing payments projects, researching and testing new products as an when required.

Your experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Great interpersonal skills and a strong negotiator
Organisational skills including attention to detail
Strong stakeholder management skills and project management skills

Experience in gathering business requirements and mapping these to technical solutions.
Able to prioritise and manage your time to meet deadlines
Goal-driven, comfortable in working independently and within teams.
Eager to constantly learn, challenge the norm, and be ready to support other team members where necessary.
Ability to successfully build relationships both with internal departments and external suppliers
A can-do attitude managing ever changing requirements and challenges.
Previous experience in PSP management experience and/or an Account management in Gaming sector
Experience of contract management and tendering with Payment Service Providers.
Good knowledge of online gambling markets will be considered an asset.
Can work under pressure.
