These things don't happen often but they can occasionally... Not to worry - will take care of this! Please keep the pair you have as a spare (you may look into a repair from a local seamstress?). I'll request a new pair be sent to you right away.
Would you also be able to send over the production code on the backside of the internally stitched label (if present) so that we can log this with our Factory in Italy? The code we're after is in the following format: 0000-0000-0000 or 00-00-00000.

@psewdo @vanyasvlКстати, обсуждали вчера покупку велика на страну вне ЕС чтобы не платить ват. Можно же по идее просто на Северный Кипр заказать велосипед (там просто турецкий адрес), а потом просто за ним съездить на машине. Главное, чтобы магазин доставлял в Турцию
