А где читали? Потому что в моей написано такое: The country in which the Insured has lived for more than 90 days in the last 12 months, or if the Insured has a citizenship or residence permit in this country, is not the territory of the Insurance, excluding Russia for Russian citizens. Т.е. на Кипре она не работает, а в остальных странах - вполне
