For Sensor 4 Bars that contain an “A” in the middle of the serial number (e.g. RSE4PRNA92261N28), we recommend to replace the fork lever. The replacement is straightforward and can be completed quickly with the included tool. We’ve also provided a step-by-step tutorial video to guide you.
If you have a Sensor 4 Bar of the “A” batch, you qualify for a free replacement fork lever. Please reach out via the form linked below. After a quick serial number check, we’ll send you the new fork lever.
If there is a “B” in the serial number (e.g. RSE4PRNB92261N28), the new fork lever is already installed. However, to be on the safe side, the fork lever should be checked visually using the video.
