To say it clearly : This is of course not the normal procedure ! As dealers are legally obliged in Europe to exchange defective devices, your dealer should first replace your defective unit
with a new SMH5 and then send the defective unit to his distributor with a request for inspection. SENA does not send official requests to dealers to make an exchange. It looks like you
will have to send your SMH5 to SENA in Cologne, Germany after all. We apologize for all your inconveniences. Should I then send you the return instructions ?

фигасе, 5ка сломалась? у меня две и них прожили 7 лет. одну запорол когда в разъем криво воткнул наушники
