Народ, кто пользуется приложением сайпрус бас? У нас ребята хотят приехать, они будут в Лимассоле, но в приложении почему-то не находит пафос😅 кто-то сталкивался с таким?

Вопрос изначальный, кажется, был о том, может ли частное лицо с гражданством РФ запустить обычный дрон не в коммерческих целях, а просто "виды поснимать"
Вот из ссылки неочевидно, что этого нельзя

чисто теоретически-гипотетически можно, например, на UpWork заключить контракт с любым гражданином EU на то что он вам заказывает съемку ролики с дрона - и может прокатить. наверное. Если полицейский или судья, который будет это рассматривать поверит этому.
