thus you will fill up your vocabulary the main thing is not to be afraid to speak :) especially if you speak with a non-native speaker, their level may be even worse :)

don't worry about your pronounciation. you have to be understandable, so it's better to speak with russian accent than try to fake english accent the wrong way :)

It's not a dichotomy - better yet is to get a more or less "proper" accent that would be more understandable to all or at least most.
