Вас должны не пустить если летите из "Европы": As of Friday 13th August 2021, all passengers who plan to travel to Cyprus by presenting either COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate or COVID-19 Recovery Certificate, which has been issued by the authorities of Member States of the European Union, the Member States of the European Economic Area and Switzerland are required to be presented in EUDCC – EU Digital Certificate format.
