Я с ними связывалась 3 марта, уточняла начали ли они опять тут визы выдавать, вот ответ: All visa services are provided at the U.S. Embassy in Nicosia, Republic of Cyprus at Metochiou & Ploutarchou Street in Nicosia.  We do not provide any routine visa services at our North Office.  All applicants required to attend a visa interview must be able to legally enter the Republic of Cyprus to appear in person at the U.S. Embassy, or they should choose another country for visa processing.  Может предоставляют какие-то другие услуги но по визам-нет.
