Здравствуйте. У девушки был супружеский ВНЖ без права на работу, сейчас у неё готовится трудовая виза. Нужно ли ей вылетать по ВНЖ из страны на какой-то срок (какой, если нужно?), для того, чтобы влететь по трудовой визе?

Глупый вопрос, но
Компания была основана на Кипре гражданином Израиля чуть ли не 40 лет назад. Затем куплена гражданином РФ. Статус сейчас - компания с иностранным интересом
Нынешний собственник хочет подаваться на гражданство. Теряет ли компания статус BCS в случае получения им кипрского паспорта?
И что вообще сейчас лучше? Собственник "киприот" или статус BCS?

Beneficiary name: OLEG RESHETNIKOV
Consequently, due to the following reason/s, the above person has been de-enrolled from the GHS Beneficiary register as well as from their PD list:
During the IT system checks, it was established that their residence permit that was used during their GHS enrolment has expired and while they are registered in the category: "Worker", their employment has been terminated. You are informed that you may file a written objection to the HIO Board of Directors against the decision of termination of their right to receive healthcare services under the GHS within 30 days of the termination of their right, specifying the grounds for the objection. In addition, please be informed that this may constitute an enforceable administrative act which, if you wish, you may infringe on the Administrative Court within 75 days of the termination of their right. You are also informed that in case the above person at a later stage meets the requirements of the GHS Law, they should contact the Organization to reactivate their right to healthcare services.
It is noted that the above person is no longer entitled to directly access their Beneficiary Record including their Patient History through the GHS Beneficiary Portal.
Copies of these records can, however, be requested and furnished by directly inquiring with the HIO.
For more information, please visit the FAQ section in the Beneficiary Portal.

Спасибо всем за ответы🙏🏻Наверно прийдется тогда другую страну рассмотреть, вариантов не особо много под бюджет который мы готовы потратить на Кипр. Контракт на жену с ЕУ паспортом и оплата за год вперёд, безуспешно.

Подскажите плиз, в чем смысл получения инвестиционного ПМЖ (6.2), если заявитель не сможет проживать более 183, в год, на Кипре, без потери налогового резидентства в РФ?
А если получать кипрское налог. резидентство, то уже не получится предоставить налог.декларацию по доходам в РФ.
Или можно будет делать кипрскую декларацию по доходам в РФ, и ее и подавать?

Друзья подскажите правомерно ли отказывают сдать жилье.
Жена и дети гражданство ЕС, у меня РФ. Я въехал по туристической визе на Кипр. Говорят без пинк слипа не сдадут мне квартиру, но я его и получить не могу без контракта на жилье. Какой то замкнутый круг.
