Very strange as your speed was inside the allowed 20% speed excess (outside of the cities). So on a 80 km/h roads the fines are starting only from 97 km/h

Road after Heritage (near Zante) towards Kouris dam has 80km/h limit, but is within city, so 80+10%+2=90

Actually only to 100kmh zone 20% rule is applied
All the others are limit + 10% + 2kmh
