у меня цель 30ч, хочется в "легких" условиях понять, что могу больше суток бежать, чтобы на горных ультрах чувствовать уверенность, что не вырублюсь где-то ночью в лесу.
Но ультра она такая, цели целями, а сход принимай как есть))

Думаю, зависит ещё от того, сколько кругов Орги хотят. Если побыстрее закончить, то трасса будет жесть.

Я бегала теплый ламповый бэкярд, хотя по погоде это было просто жесть как холодно и мерзко. И нас было не более 20 человек, это была официальная позиция организатора (да и больше ему бы в садовый домик не влезло)
Он хотел тогда отобрать топ выносливых ребят, а вышло всего 28 кругов у победительницы. Я тогда только вернулась в бег и боялась травмироваться в грязи и холоде, ушла после 26го.
Очень народу плохо - все друг другу мешают, особенно ночью. Надо посмотреть, сколько у Лаза на ЧМ было.

да фиг его знает, но это же теплый ламповый, так что тут может им и 5х хватит)). я ни разу не учавствовал, для бэкярда же норма 10-20 я думаю?

Currently, we're in the initial planning stages, aiming for the event to take place on the 25th of February 2024 at Athalassa Park in Nicosia. It’s not official as we’are waiting for the forest department to allow this, and also to find some sponsors, thus we haven’t advertised it or set up a website yet.
Given that we are in the early stages and operating entirely on a voluntary basis, I was wondering if you could provide an estimate of the number of people who have shown interest in attending the event. Your insights will greatly assist us in refining our preparations.
