посмотрел, ну маршрут для марафона вообще тоска, просто загородом пустят по пустой доороге с видами на поля

Я поеду на машине до Пафоса, оттуда на автобусе до старта, и уже потом на машине от финиша в Ларнаку

Collection of race numbers can be made from the Marathon Expo (next to "En Plo" Exhibition Hall – 100 metres from the Pafos Castle) at the following dates/times:
• Friday 10th of March: 09:00 - 18:00 hrs
• Saturday 11th of March: 09:00 - 18:00 hrs
If you absolutely need to pick up your goody bag on Sunday, please reply to this e-mail with the reason.
Please remember that you must present a valid Passport or Identity Card when collecting your race number and goody bag along with your Race Instructions e-mail stating your race number.

Думаю, как варинат - можно написать в посольство Болгарии и попросить у них какую-нибудь бумагу
