We invite you to participate in yoga seminar on the 23 of October, 17:00 in Protaras, in private villa.
In this session you will focus on 3 elements:
-Focus & effort
-Effortlessness & relaxation
-Breathing
All are genuine Yoga paths and simultaneously they are the most natural ways to help us improve our Freediving capabilities and experience.
If time permits we will look at ways and exercises to improve equalization.
Session will be around 1,5-2 hours and will be done by Ken Kiriyama.
Ken Kiriyama has been doing Yoga Pranayama and Meditation for more than 30 years. He teaches Yoga, Meditation, Pranayama, swimming, Freediving and fitness. He is currently holding 4 national records for Japan in the AIDA and CMAS agencies and has several years been in the top 9-16 best Freediver in the world.
Participation fee: 50 euros.

А есть какая-либо дайверская тусовка в Лимассоле, а то как-то хочется уже жабры помочить, а в одно лицо невкусно.

Подскажите, пожалуйста, магазины, где можно купить детские гидрики? От 4 до 10 лет. Желательно Пафос, Лимассол.
